International Postgraduate Research Scholarship

Scholarship Description

The IPRS covers full tuition fees, as per CRICOS amount, for each year of the course within candidature requirements. It also provides Overseas Student Health Care Cover and a stipend. Applicants awarded an IPRS are also provided with an APA (stipend).

The value of this scholarship is unspecified (total may vary). This award is to be used for living expenses and fees. This scholarship is paid as fees only for the period of 2 years if masters or 3 years if PhD.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: BEHAVIOURAL AND COGNITIVE SCIENCES, Business and management, Ecology and evolution, EDUCATION, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, Environmental sciences, Geology, HISTORY AND ARCHAEOLOGY, Human movement and sports science, INFORMATION, COMPUTING AND COMMUNICATION SCIENCES, LANGUAGE AND CULTURE, MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES, PHILOSOPHY AND RELIGION, SCIENCE - GENERAL, SOCIAL SCIENCES, HUMANITIES AND ARTS - GENERAL or THE ARTS. It is required that your study starts no earlier than February 1, 2013.

Eligibility

This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent. Only citizens of countries except Australia and N.Z. may apply.
