Alan Sargeson Merit Scholarships in Chemical Sciences

Scholarship Description

These scholarships are open to Australians and New Zealanders (or permanent residents of Australia) who hold, or expect soon to hold, a first class honours degree and who wish to pursue research in any of the areas of chemistry offered by the Research School of Chemistry. They provide for payment of a supplementary scholarship of $5,000 (tax exempt) to outstanding holders of an APA or an ANU PhD Scholarship (NZ citizens) or some other living allowance scholarship, for the duration of that scholarship. As this scholarship is awarded to an outstanding applicant for an APA or ANU PhD or similar stipend scholarship, it is not necessary to complete a separate application form.
