Scholarship Description

Applications are invited from graduates of the University of Melbourne who wish to pursue Masters by Research or PhD studies at the University in the field of optics or on problems logically allied with optics. Applications will be considered from students commencing next year or already enrolled in a Masters by Research or PhD program involving research in optics. Application forms can be downloaded from the website. This scholarship is closed. Next round will be advised in due course.

This scholarship is offered annually to one person. Open for applications until October 31, 2008.

Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD22000 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for research and living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 2 years if masters or 3 years if PhD.
