Jessie Webb Scholarship - Ancient History
Scholarship Description
Open to students enrolled in a postgraduate course undertaking research in Ancient History or Classical Studies in the School of Historical Studies. Those interested should be aware that the conditions of award of the Scholarship stipulate that the successful applicant will be required to spend a season (3-6 months) in Greece under the direction of the British School of Archaeology at Athens or any other similar school in Greece. Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD14000 (total amount). This award is to be used for travel. This scholarship is paid monthly for the period of 6 months.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: HISTORY AND ARCHAEOLOGY, Language studies or Other language and culture.
Eligibility
This scholarship is for study in Greece for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent. You must have studied at or be currently studying at The University of Melbourne.
