History of the University of Melbourne Study Grants

Scholarship Description

In March each year, the History of the University Unit calls for applications for small grants to assist with publication or to otherwise facilitate research relating to the history of Melbourne University, and its contribution to the wider community. Grants will not normally exceed $1000 although the Unit will be prepared to consider awarding larger amounts for suitable projects should a valid case be made. Written submissions, outlining the nature of the project and its relevance to the University's history, together with a budget showing the funding required and how it would be spent, should be sent to the department. This scholarship has closed for 2008. Details for 2009 will be updated later in the year.
