Scholarship Description

This grant provides funds for researchers to travel to Japan in order to further their research in the field of Japanese Studies and Intellectual Exchange. The research project must be wholly, or almost entirely, related to Japan. Applications from those studying at Masters level or other young scholars who may not be eligible for other funding will be highly regarded. The application period is open for the entire 2011-2012 fiscal year, however, applications must be received by the Japan Foundation, Sydney office at least 2 months before intended travel.
