Scholarship Description

This scholarship is funded by an ARC Linkage-Projects grant and will provide support for 3 years on a full-time basis for a research project leading to a PhD. The objective of the research project is to measure and model the aerial motion of platform and springboard divers and to develop optimal control to improve performance. The value of this scholarship is AUD27222 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: Human movement and sports science, INFORMATION, COMPUTING AND COMMUNICATION SCIENCES, MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES or Other information, computing and communication sciences.

Eligibility

This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent, or Honours 2a or equivalent.
