The scholarships must be used to support fieldwork in Southeast Asia on Islam-related topics that match the themes of Professor Tim Lindsey’s ARC Federation Fellowship. This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: Cultural studies, Justice and legal studies, Law, Other law, justice and law enforcement or Religion and religious traditions.

Eligibility

This scholarship is for study in Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore or Vietnam for those who have achieved Masters or equivalent. You must have studied at or be currently studying at The University of Melbourne.
