Biofuels are being increasingly used to replace oil-based fuels both nationally and globally. What sorts of biofuels are being grown, where and by whom? When land for food production is used to produce biofuels, what does this mean for local communities and for food security? This scholarship is offered once only to one person. Open for applications from August 15, 2010 until February 28, 2011.

Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD22500 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 2 years if masters or 3 years if PhD.
