Scholarship Description

Conducting research relating to existing and potential public transport markets in Melbourne. The research will focus on ways to increase public transport usage and can have particular regard to ways of understanding the drivers of patronage or the role of lifestyle transitions in public transport and urban development. This scholarship is offered once only to one person. Open for applications from March 16, 2010 until June 15, 2010.

Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD25000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.

Research Information

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: Civil engineering. It is required that your study starts no earlier than August 1, 2010 and no later than October 30, 2010.

Eligibility

This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent, or Honours 2a or equivalent. Only citizens of Australia or New Zealand or AUS permanent residentNZ living in Aust over 1 year can apply.
