Scholarship Description
One full-time PhD scholarship is available in Physics, MQ Photonics Research Centre, at Macquarie University. This project - High power beam conversion in diamond Raman laser aims to exploit diamond's outstanding thermal properties to create Raman lasers with ultra high power handling capability. Applicants should have an honours degree in physics or optical engineering or equivalent. Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD22500 (per annum). This award is to be used for research, living expenses and fees. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 and a half years.
