Building Psychosocial Safety Climate

Scholarship Description
The project aims to advance out theoretical and practical understanding of the role of psychosocial safety climate (PSC) in reducing workplace psychosocial risks & psychosocial injury. Using a monitoring system, the Australian Workplace Barometer, we will identify psychosocial risks, them implement and evaluate an invervention (state, organisational, team, level) to build PSC. We are building an interactive website StressCafe' a coherent single point of access for industry, government, universities, individuals & community groups to collect, calculate, compare and share research information including on-line real time and e-feedback for Australian workers against industry, state & national, risk & health benchmarks. The PhD candidate will assist in analysing, devising and evaluating state & organisational level data.

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD27222 (minimum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.
