Scholarship Description

The Fulbright Tasmania Scholarship is the first state-sponsored Fulbright Scholarship and annually provides an opportunity for a talented Tasmanian to undertake study or research in the United States for three to twelve months. The Scholarship is open to Tasmanian residents, covering all fields of study in all scholarship categories, including; Postgraduate, Postdoctoral, Senior Scholar and Professional to undertake 3-12 months research or study in the U.S. Applicants are considered by their academic and professional merit; a clearly defined and achievable projects; and the potential for their projects to add-value and contribute to Tasmania’s economic development and further research opportunities.
