Since its foundation year in 2007, the Blue Stockings Association (BSA) has sought to provide assistance to women within the Gippsland area to fulfill their dreams and aspirations of a higher education – whether that is University, TAFE, VET, VCAL, VCE, apprenticeship or another form of post-compulsory education.
