Scholarship Description
Three Scholarships are available for students wishing to undertake research within the Research ares of UniSA's International Centre for Muslim and Non-Muslim Understanding: Muslim diasporas and youth; the Middle East and reconciliation; and Indian Ocean Rim regional problems. Ideal applicants will have at least an undergraduate degree in an associated discipline with an outstanding academic record (Honours 1 or equivalent). Associated disciplines include but are not limited to sociology, anthropology, religion studies, ethnic and race studies, media and communication, cultural studies, politics and government. Applicants will have a commitment to a broad social justice framework and have an interest to work within an interdisciplinary team structured around a socio-cultural approach to research

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD27651 (minimum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: Cultural studies, Philosophy or SOCIAL SCIENCES, HUMANITIES AND ARTS - GENERAL.
Eligibility
This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent.
