Kidney Foundation - Medical Research Seeding Grants
Scholarship Description
The Australian Kidney Foundation provides funding for seeding grants of up to $15,000 for research into the causes, prevention and treatment of disorders of the kidneys and urinary tract. An investigator can only apply for one seeding grant each year and the application should be for a genuinely new research idea which requires initial support so that preliminary data can be generated in preparation for a full-scale grant. The grants will be for biomedical research work to be carried out by Australians in Australia. There are specific formats to be followed when submitting an application. Please ensure you read and follow the procedures on the AKF web site. Applications close on 30 June annually.
