AFAS ACT Science & Technology Travel to France for research students residing/studying in the ACT

Scholarship Description

AFAS ACT is offering postgraduate science and technology research students residing and studying in the ACT open to all post graduate science and technology research students from the Australian National University, the University of Canberra, the Catholic University, the Canberra Institute of Technology and the Australian Defence Force Academy, to undertake training or a collaborative study with a French University or research body in France or a French institution outside France. Applicants are requested to submit a completed application form, a brief outline of the project (1 page) and provide written evidence of:Project support from the Australian institution such as a letter signed by the student’s academic supervisor or Head of Department. The value of this scholarship is AUD3000 (total may vary). This award is to be used for travel. This scholarship is paid monthly.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES, CHEMICAL SCIENCES, EARTH SCIENCES, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, INFORMATION, COMPUTING AND COMMUNICATION SCIENCES, MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES, PHYSICAL SCIENCES or SCIENCE - GENERAL.

Eligibility

This scholarship is for study in France. You must have studied at or be currently studying at Australian Catholic University or The Australian National UniversityUniversity of Canberra.
