Scholarship Description

AMSI offers its industry partners the opportunity to use the mathematical and statistical skills of an intern and an academic mentor to address a research problem relevant to the industry partner. It is expected the intern will spend half their time working on site with the industry partner and half time at the AMSI member university undertaking a predefined project over three to five months. Industry Partner contribution will be: $12,000 for a 4-month project; $15,000 for a 5-month project. Academic mentors can receive up to $5000 (including GST) per internship. See website for details.
