Scholarship Description

The research project will be focused on problems related to climate change, and especially on its links with the hyrological and biochemical cycles. The research activities might be both theoretical and experimental. Possible topics are: Soil CO2 dynamics, Land-use and Extreme events. Research field: Water/Environmental Engineering

This scholarship is offered once only to one person. Open for applications from April 17, 2008 until April 30, 2008.

Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD20007 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.

Research Information

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: Civil engineering or Environmental engineering.

Eligibility

This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 (Semester 1), or Honours 2a or equivalent. Only citizens of Australia or New Zealand or permanent residents can apply.
