Scholarship Description

Look out for update* The Michael Kieran Harvey Scholarship was created by Susan Mary Remington to commemorate the life and work of pianist Michael Kieran Harvey, in doing so, provide funds to a postgraduate music student to travel overseas for specific purposes to further enhance their music career. This scholarship may be awarded as 2 scholarships of $20,000 each paid over 2 years or 1 scholarship of $40,000 paid over 2 years and is to be used to travel overseas for specific purposes to further enhance a career in music. The scholarship will be awarded to the pianist who has fulfilled the required conditions and who is judged to have displayed outstanding ability and promise in piano.
