Scholarship Description

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria as per the APA, plan to undertake, or be currently enrolled in, graduate research in medicine, law, commerce, economics or architecture and be a lineal descendent of an Australian soldier or sailor that was killed, blinded or permanently incapacitated while engaged in war service.Number awarded varies as funds permit.

This scholarship is offered dependent on funds to one person. Open for applications until October 31, 2012.

Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD22500 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 2 years if masters or 3 years if PhD.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: Architecture and urban environment, ECONOMICS, Law, MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES or Other commerce, management, tourism and services.

This scholarship is for study in Australia. To apply you must be a member of Aust. Armed Forces or lineal descendants. Only citizens of Australia or AUS permanent resident can apply.
