Scholarship Description

The Consortium for Social and Policy Research on HIV, Hepatitis C and Related Diseases will offer a number of scholarships in 2008 specifically available to Aboriginal students. Students will study at the National Centre in HIV Social Research (NCHSR). NCHSR is a dynamic academic environment with a proven track record in research that influences policy and practice in the areas of HIV, hepatitis C, illicit drug use and sexual health. The degree courses will include opportunities to develop innovative research projects that encompass holistic approaches to health and well-being. In 2008, NCHSR has openings for Graduate Diploma, Masters by Research and PhD students in its research program in HIV, hepatitis C, sexually transmissible infections and illicit drug use.
