French Lessons for Scientists
Scholarship Description
Program open to Researchers, Academics, PhD students (especially enrolled in Cotutelle) and Administrative staff, preferably involved in International Relations, and working for Research or Academic institutions. Lessons will be held at 6 major Alliances Francaises (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney) and aim to improve general language knowledge, depending on each students level. The program is not a scientific nor a specific terminology course, and applications from all levels will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates involved in collaborative research or educational projects with French institutions. Successful applicants will have half of their lessons cost covered by the French Embassy. It is required that successful applicants be members of FEAST-France, and Victorian applicants also need to be members of AFAS Victoria.
