Psychology MQRES Cognitive Science PhD Scholarship
Scholarship Description
A PhD MQRES scholarship is available at Department of Psychology to investigate “Masked priming in the Bayesian Reader” in association with an Australian Research Council-funded research project. The candidate join the research team investigating the nature of non-conscious information processing using the masked priming procedure. Applicants should have equivalent research qualifications to an Australian undergraduate degree with first class honours (a Masters degree with a substantial thesis component) in a relevant discipline (such as Cognitive Psychology). Candidates who have experience with RT methodology and visual word recognition are particularly encouraged to apply.Tuition fees and overseas health cover costs will also be sponsored for international students.

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD20007 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 and a half years.

Eligibility
This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent. There are no restrictions on citizenship.
