FMC Foundation Pink Ribbon Ball Committee Breast Cancer Research Scholarship
Scholarship Description
One scholarship is available for a PhD student to undertake a breast cancer biomedical research project within the Faculty of Health Sciences. The scholarship will provide a tax-free stipend of $25,000 for full-time study for up to three years, subject to satisfactory progress. The scholarships offers generous leave provisions and allowances. Scholars receive an additional allowance of up to $2000 pa for conference travel and consumables. These scholarships are funded by the FMC Foundation.

This scholarship is offered once only to one person. Open for applications until October 31, 2008.
Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD25000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses and fees. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.
Research Information
This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES. It is required that your study starts no earlier than January 1, 2009 and no later than March 31, 2009.
Eligibility
This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent, or Honours 2a or equivalent. Only citizens of Australia or permanent residents can apply.
