Sir Keith Murdoch USA to Australia Fellowships
Scholarship Description
The American Australian Association’s Education Fund (AAAEF) makes annual awards available to US fellows to pursue studies in Australia. The fellowships are to be awarded to outstanding Americans – doing advanced (graduate & post doctoral) research or study in Australia in the following fields: engineering; medicine; mining; life sciences (particularly oceanography/marine sciences or stem cell research). Applicants may already be in Australia. Applicants must demonstrate why travel to Australia is important to their research & how their research/study will benefit the US & Australia. The Fellowships will support part of the costs of 1 year of research/study, including acceptable expenses (eg may include air flight US/Australia). Completed AAAEF applications in hard copy (electronic/faxed applications not accepted) must be received by Diane Sinclair by 31 Oct.

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is USD20000 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses and travel. This scholarship is paid for the period of 1 year.
