Research in Health Law & Policy PhD Scholarship

Scholarship Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for an ARC-funded PhD scholarship at the University of Melbourne, based at the Melbourne Law School and/or School of Population Health. The scholarship is offered under the auspices of an ARC Federation Fellowship held by Prof David Studdert. The Federation Fellowship is focused on research into policy issues at the intersection of the legal & health care systems in Australia. The research approach is predominantly empirical. The scholarship holder's research will be expected to address a topic that falls within one of the broad themes covered by the Federation Fellowship, namely: Regulation and quality of health care services; Litigation; Coronial processes; Injury prevention.
