Scholarship Description

These awards are made annually via the Education Endowment Fund of The AusIMM and are made for the advancement of education and research in Earth Sciences that benefit Economic Geology in Australia. Prizes are awarded to senior university students and researchers through a university for one or several of the following: Scholarships for study and/or research in Australia (Economic Geology, Mineral Economics); Technical Visits (Travel to conferences to deliver papers on aspects of Economic Geology in Australia); Software development as applied to Economic Geology. The Awards are advertised in The AusIMM Bulletin with the closing date being 30 September each year. See scheme website for further information. The scholarship is closed.
