Scholarship Description
Open to students enrolled in a higher degree by research who are undertaking research in a field related to Mining and Metallurgy in the Melbourne School of Engineering – Mechanical, Geomatics or Civil Engineering or the Faculty of Science in particular Earth Sciences or any other department offering subjects relevant to Mining and Metallurgy. Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD25000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of up to 3 and a half years.
Research Information
This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: CHEMICAL SCIENCES, EARTH SCIENCES, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY or MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES.
Eligibility
This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent, Honours 2a or equivalent, or Masters or equivalent. There are no restrictions on citizenship. You must have studied at or be currently studying at The University of Melbourne.
