AAR Hazel Hawke Research Grant in Dementia Care

Scholarship Description

Alzheimer's Australia Research Limited (AAR) is a non-profit company formed to promote, disseminate and fund research into all aspects of dementia. The Hazel Hawke Research Grant is a seeding grant for new researchers, valued up to $20,000 (exclusive of GST) for research into dementia care. Suitable projects might include research into carer support, best quality care practices, activities and therapies for people with dementia, or any other aspect of dementia care research. The principal investigator must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia. The research must be conducted in Australia. Refer to scheme website for application forms and further information. This scholarship has closed for 2008. Details for 2009 will be updated later in the year.
