Melbourne University Sir Arthur Sims Travelling Scholarship for postgraduate study in the UK
Scholarship Description
This scholarship is to assist a graduate of an Australian university to undertake research or a recognised course of postgraduate study in Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales). (i.e. the scholarship holder can undertake a complete degree overseas or research can be used toward a University of Melbourne qualification. Applicants must have been born in Australia or their parents must have been resident in Australia for at least 7 years, with the period of residence having commenced within 3 years of the birth of the applicant. The scholarship is tenable for 1-3 years. Extension of the scholarship for up to an additional 12 months may be approved. Full details of the conditions of the award, including application procedures and forms etc are available from the Scheme website. The Sir Arthur Sims Travelling Scholarship is awarded as funds permit. This scholarship is not open for application.

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD20000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses and travel. This scholarship is paid monthly.
