Scholarship Description
Dr. Anit Borg (1949 - 2003) devoted her adult life to revolutionising the way we think about technology and dismantling the barriers that keep women and minorities from entering computing and technology fields. These scholarships are offered as part of Google's ongoing commitment to furthering Anita's vision. Candidates must be a female student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a university in Australia; studying computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or related technical fields; enrolled in full-time study in 2008;an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or international student at an Australian university.
