Cotton Research Top up Postgraduate Scholarships

Scholarship Description

If an applicant is an Australian Postgraduate Scholar (ie has been successful in applying for an Australian Postgraduate Scholarship or APA), CRDC will provide the full annual operating budget ($6,000pa) and a “top up” to $32,000 pa for the annual stipend budget. In some circumstances scholarships may be supported by an additional grant or necessary equipment and operating costs. If completing an application for more funding than the standard stipend, please contact the CRDC immediately to establish application requirements.

Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD6000 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid in Two (2) Payments for the period of 2 years if masters or 3 years if PhD.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: AGRICULTURAL, VETERINARY AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES, BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES, Biotechnology, EARTH SCIENCES, ECONOMICS or ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY.

Eligibility

This scholarship requires you to have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent, or Masters or equivalent. Only citizens of Australia or AUS permanent resident can apply.
