Scholarship Description
The A W Howard Memorial Trust Incorporated seeks applications from suitably qualified students in agricultural science, natural resource management, agricultural economics and social science who are intending to commence or have started approved post-graduate tertiary studies (Masters or Doctorate that relate to the development, management and use of pastures. The Fellowship will provide an annual $5000 “top up” postgraduate stipend to the successful applicant tenable for a period of up to 3 years. The Fellowship is open to Australian post-graduate students enrolled or intending to enrol at any tertiary institution located in Australia, or students who have been continuously resident in Australia for 3 years immediately preceding the closing date of applications. At the conclusion of the tenure of the award, the Fellow shall present to the Trust a report summarising his or her study, to be published in Agricultural Science.
