Scholarship Description

This top up scholarship supports student in postgraduate training at SVI including cancer (breast, lung and prostate), diabetes, bone disease including arthritis, viral disease, cardiovascular disease including obesity, and neurological disease and in basic research areas including cell biology, protein structural biology, biochemistry, immunology and cell signalling. Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD5000 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.

This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES or MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES.

Eligibility

This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent. There are no restrictions on citizenship.
