Felix Meyer Scholarship - Literature
Scholarship Description
The Felix Meyer Scholarship is offered each year, under the provisions of the will of the late Mary Fisher Meyer, for "postgraduate studies in some branch of Literature, classical or otherwise." The purpose of the scholarship is to provide an opportunity, by travel or otherwise, for the successful graduate to undertake creative work during the tenure of the scholarship. The work may be produced in any form and any language. The scholarship selection committee retains the right to determine the exact amount to be awarded which is normally offered for a period of up to twelve months. Applicants should note that work in pursuit of a higher degree is not normally regarded as 'creative work' in terms of the bequest. See scheme website for further details.

The value of this scholarship is AUD7000 (per annum). This award is to be used for travel and miscellaneous purposes. This scholarship is paid annually for the period of 1 year.
