Anna Lodewyckx Icelandic Scholarship


Scholarship Description

The Anna Lodewyckx Icelandic Scholarship is open to graduates or final year honours undergraduates of Australian Universities who have a knowledge of Old or Modern Icelandic. A minor scholarship may be awarded towards costs associated with study in Iceland. The Scholarship requires that the candidate "shall undertake to reside in Iceland for four months and to attend an approved course at the University of Reykjavik during one academic half year, except when his or her field study necessitates research in the countryside".

The value of this scholarship is AUD5000 (per annum). This award is to be used for travel. This scholarship is paid as a one off.
