Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan - Jamaica
Scholarship Description
These scholarships are available to Commonwealth citizens or British protected persons resident in Commonwealth countries other than Jamaica. Applicants should be under 35 by October 1st in the year of award (special consideration may be given). The awards are available for post-graduate work for higher degrees and research in all faculties of the University of the West Indies. At present there are Faculties of Agriculture, Arts, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Law, Medicine, Social Sciences and a School of Education. Applications must be made in the first instance to the Commonwealth Scholarship agency in the country in which the applicant has his/her permanent home.
