Scholarship Description
APPLICATION CLOSED FOR 2008. DETAILS TO BE CONFIRMED LATE 2008. The H.B. Higgins Scholarship is intended to assist a student to undertake studies of poetry in any language. This scholarship is open for award to Bachelors of Arts of not more than 2 years standing on the first day of March of the year in which the award is made.
