PhD Scholarship - Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management
A team of researchers from Deakin Business School is currently seeking full-time doctoral students to be involved in investigating aspects of organisational behaviour and psychology in the law enforcement and health care sectors. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on leading employment and organisational development issues including employee engagement, retention management, leadership, job stress and employee wellbeing. This position is likely to suit either a recent honours graduate or an experienced practitioner who has honours-equivalent expertise. The issues addressed in this project cover a range of disciplines (organisational psychology, human resource management, organisational behaviour, OHS) and have a significant impact on the lives of individual employees as well as the effectiveness of organisations.

This scholarship is offered once only to 5 people. Open for applications from February 28, 2008 until March 17, 2008.
The value of this scholarship is AUD30000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.
This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: Business and management or Psychology. It is required that your study starts no later than April 30, 2008.
This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent or Honours 2a or equivalent. Only citizens of Australia or New Zealand or AUS permanent resident can apply.
