Reporting Problems

If you are having problems, firstly check that your browser supports, and has enabled in your settings, cookie and javascript support. If this is correct and you are not using a particularly out of date browser (Netscape 4.75 or earlier, and Internet Explorer 4.08 or earlier) then we can provide technical support.

If after verifying your browswer is current and setup properly, you are still having problems then please contact us online describing what your problem is. The address of the particular page the problem occurs on, your browser version, your platform (PC or Mac), and your username if that applies.
