Scholarship Description

The Governing Board of the School of Celtic Studies, at the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, each year awards two or three research scholarships to doctoral or post-doctoral students. These scholarships are tenable from 1 October, and are renewable annually for up to three years. Application forms may be downloaded (PDF format) or obtained by writing to The Registrar, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, 10 Burlington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. The closing date for applications each year is 31 March. Successful applicants are expected to be in regular attendance at the School, and to work on whatever project has been approved by the board.
