Faculty of Economics and Business PhD Scholarships
Scholarship Description
The Faculty of Economics and Business is offering up to five research scholarships to full-time candidates enrolling in the Faculty’s PhD program in 2008. Scholarships are valued up to $25,000 per annum and are available for a period of up to 3 years. Details of the scholarships are available on the Faculty website. Application for the scholarships is automatic upon application for a APA/UPA through The University of Sydney Research Office. Those who do not apply for a APA/UPA may download a separate application form and information package from the below website and applications close 31 October 2007. Prior to applying, applicants are strongly advised to contact the Postgraduate Discipline Research Co-ordinator in the relevant discipline within the Faculty. Details of the Co-ordinators are available from the Faculty website.

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD25000 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.
Research Information
This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: COMMERCE, MANAGEMENT, TOURISM AND SERVICES or ECONOMICS.
Eligibility
This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent. There are no restrictions on citizenship.
